Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with gofordesign.com, you must contact customer support by email (service@gofordesign.com) or by phone (+1408-898-4832). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet processed. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, your ordered template number, and your contact information. Please note that if the ordered template has delivered to you, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the template with all the source code for a refund.

Deliver Policy for Template
All templates indicated to be instock are delivered on the same day if the order is paied. A confirmation email is sent once the template leaves our website. This email will not only confirm that the template has left our website, but will also provide the template source code along with order number.

No Refunds
There will be no refunds for any reason. All template sold by gofordesign is sold as-is without any guarantee. After the template is sold, all the source code and copy rights will belong to our customer. By making a purchase with gofordesign.com, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.

Return Policy
Every template you buy from gofordesign comes with a 30 day limited warranty. The warranty applies to templates that have been confirmed as defective by gofordesign, which may be repaired or replaced.
